Across healthcare and case management, Nicole created training materials, reusable documentation systems, clinic-navigation guides, and workflows adopted across multidisciplinary teams. She later worked directly with technical staff to identify bugs, validate fixes, and improve a charting system so it better matched real nursing workflows.

She brought that same systems mindset to Virago Transport, which she co-founded and led as CEO, building much of its customer-facing and administrative operation from the ground up.

At Virago Technologies, Nicole brings a process-driven, people-centered perspective with a particular strength for connecting details across a business and turning them into clearer, repeatable systems.

Over nearly two decades in trucking, Daryl has worked across a wide range of freight and operating environments, including dry van and refrigerated freight, flatbed and step deck, heavy-haul and oversize operations, and tanker work involving fuel, propane, chemicals, and food-grade products.

His experience expanded beyond the driver's seat into dispatch and load planning, CDL instruction, owner-operator and trucking-company operations, driver qualification and onboarding, fleet safety, and DOT/FMCSA compliance. He has trained hundreds of CDL students and has built and managed safety and compliance systems supporting both drivers and growing fleets.

Daryl later co-founded Virago Transport, where his responsibilities extended across operations, safety, compliance, internal systems, and the practical work of building a trucking company from the ground up. That experience reinforced a problem he had seen throughout trucking: important information, responsibilities, and decisions were often spread across disconnected tools while people were left to hold the business together manually.

At Virago Technologies, Daryl brings that operating and domain experience into product strategy and system design. His perspective centers on the trucking company as a complete business, with particular attention to how workflows, records, responsibilities, controls, and decisions connect across the organization.

Daryl holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice with a minor in Information Technology and an MBA specializing in Operations and Supply Chain Management from Colorado Technical University.
